It's a good day to start a fitness routine. Instead of joining an expensive gym, why not make up your own exercise program by using what's already around you? Go to the park for a brisk run outdoors. If it's too cold or wet to use mother nature as your trainer, take it indoors. Head to the mall and walking the perimeter as well as climb the stairs for a couple of hours. When at home, try doing the 100 pushups challenge.
