Lapsing into judgment, sarcasm and negativity is natural, especially for you. But it's really hard on the people around you: they can only take so much cynicism. Keep this in mind as you move through your day. If you feel anxious, angry or just plain annoyed at someone, excuse yourself for a quick break. Don't dump it on everyone around you. Instead, take a breather and clear your head. Remember: it's not always about you.
